Cost for the event is $30. This price includes choice of entrée, salad, starch, vegetable, coffee/tea/soft drink, and dessert. Gratuity is also included. Cash bar will be available.
When you use the registration form online, you will have the opportunity to choice one of the following entrees:
1) London Broil - Choice flank steak, sliced and topped with a red wine mushroom sauce
2) Chicken Wellington - Topped with sliced mushroom duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry with a demi glace
3) Strawberry Salmon - Fresh, roasted fillet of salmon, with strawberry and balsamic glaze
4) Portobello Stack - Roasted portobello muchrooms, zucchini and yellow squash with a boursin cream sauce (Gluten Free)
Dessert will be Lemon Marscarpone Cake!
The event will start at 6:00pm with a meet and greet with our scholarship winners and their families. Dinner will start at 6:45pm.
All reservations must be made by April 25th. Online registration will be closed after that date.
If you would prefer to mail a check, please make it out to MAP and mail to our PO Box. Be sure to include your choice of entrée in the memo section of your check.
